Property Types
While every property that is eligible for the Gadsden Land Bank Authority’s programs is unique, they can broadly be categorized three ways, Vacant Residential, Vacant Commercial and Existing Structures. Each category of property is eligible a unique set of programs.
Vacant Residential
The Gadsden Land Bank Authority can acquire a vacant residential property. This type of property would be vacant lot with no structures or buildings that is located in a residential zoned area of the City of Gadsden.
Eligible Programs: Side Lot Program, Residential Development Program
Vacant Commercial
The Gadsden Land Bank Authority can acquire a vacant commercial property. This type of property would be vacant lot with no structures or buildings that is located in a business zoned area of the City of Gadsden.
